- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3. Service Description
Kinfold provides three distinct services related to family communication and household organisation:
- Co-Parenting Coordination Tools — access to digital organisational tools including shared calendars and message templates, with an initial setup session.
- Parenting Information Sessions — a structured series of educational group sessions on topics including routines, communication, and household organisation. These are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice.
- Community Support Groups — facilitated peer group meetings held fortnightly over a six-month period. These are peer-led discussion spaces and do not constitute counselling, mediation, or any form of regulated professional service.
Services are available to individuals in Thailand and are delivered in the English language unless otherwise agreed. Kinfold reserves the right to modify service formats with reasonable notice to registered participants.
4. Registration & Accounts
Access to certain Services requires prior registration. When registering:
- You agree to provide accurate and current information including your name, contact details, and any other information reasonably requested.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you.
- You must notify Kinfold promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your access or any breach of security.
- Kinfold may suspend or terminate account access if there are reasonable grounds to believe the account is being misused or that the information provided was inaccurate.
5. User Responsibilities
When using any Kinfold Service, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with Kinfold staff, facilitators, and other participants at all times.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in group settings.
- Use provided tools and materials only for their intended purpose — personal, non-commercial family organisation.
- Not record, photograph, or otherwise capture sessions or other participants without explicit written consent from all parties.
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute Kinfold's Content to third parties without prior written permission.
- Not use the Services to engage in any activity that is unlawful under Thai law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
Kinfold reserves the right to remove any participant from a group or session if conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the above responsibilities. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content made available through Kinfold's Services — including session materials, templates, guides, and documentation — remains the intellectual property of Kinfold unless otherwise stated.
Kinfold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such Content for personal, non-commercial purposes during the period of your active Service enrolment. This licence does not permit:
- Reproduction or redistribution of materials to third parties.
- Commercial use of any Content.
- Modification, translation, or creation of derivative works without prior written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or input you provide to Kinfold may be used by Kinfold to improve its Services without any obligation to compensate you.
